Journal of Chinese Philately - Vol. 5 - 2011, the PRC chapter of the CSS publishes a journal each year. The 2011 volume contains 38 scholarly article on a wide variety of subjects dealing with all periods of Chinese philately. The articles are profusely illustrated in black and white and supplemented with nine color plates of illustrations. Thirty-three of the articles are in Chinese and five are in English. 340 pages, soft bound.

The China Stamp Society is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the CSS are deductible under Section 170 of the Code. The CSS is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequest, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.
